Kathy Uros has more than 35 years of experience in corporate financial and administrative management. Her passion is applying a wealth of knowledge to help solopreneurs and small business owners grow their businesses, enjoy peace of mind, and have more time for themselves.
Before founding Mindful Money Management, Kathy was with Kaspick & Company, where she put her skills to work in the areas of accounting operations, business planning and management, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. Among her responsibilities was directing an $18 million expense budget, as well as planning the development and delivery of management reporting. Kathy also served as a vice president at Charles Schwab & Co. for 12 years, holding positions in treasury management and product management. Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment officer at Homestead Savings and Loan and as a cash management analyst at Ikon Financial Systems.
Kathy has an MBA in Finance from California State University, Fresno. She is an active member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, the Council of Business Advisors, and the Financial Planning Forum, Inc. She is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF). In addition, Kathy has significant practical experience in setting up and advising on the use of QuickBooks.
